Curried Mayonnaise

Curried Mayonnaise is a wonderful condiment. I originally discovered it as a condiment for Corned Beef. It’s great for hot corned beef or for cold, corned beef sandiches. It also goes well as a condiment for fondue. It’s particularly good with beef and shrimp!


  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 tsp. curry powder
  • 1 tsp. lime juice


  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Taste for seasoning. Add more curry powder or lime juice as desired.
  3. Refrigerate until needed. Taste improves with 1 to 2 hours of aging.

Makes approximately 1 cup of condiment. Condiment may be refrigerated.
