Curried Mayonnaise is a wonderful condiment. I originally discovered it as a condiment for Corned Beef. It’s great for hot corned beef or for cold, corned beef sandiches. It also goes well as a condiment for fondue. It’s particularly good with beef and shrimp!
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 tsp. curry powder
- 1 tsp. lime juice
- Combine all ingredients.
- Taste for seasoning. Add more curry powder or lime juice as desired.
- Refrigerate until needed. Taste improves with 1 to 2 hours of aging.
Makes approximately 1 cup of condiment. Condiment may be refrigerated.
